Well I was just informed that my uncle died today. Though that was left in an IM by my brother with no other information than he died of a heart attack. I'm hoping someone bothers to send me an e-mail or something cause I don't have phone right now.
I have various ways of contacting me and all everyone thinks to do is call instead.
I'm far more likely to get back to someone in an e-mail or some other of the various electronic forms.

But its attribution to Cancer is indeed valid because this card deals heavily with the emotions. Specifically, the Chariot is a card of emotional control; the power of the mind to shape the desires of the heart and direct them to meaningful expression. This is not the emotional control of the Emperor, who totally supresses all of his emotions in favor of logic and reason. The man driving the Chariot knows that his emotions are not to be swept under the rug, but trained and used to his greater good.

The triumph over both positive and negative emotions is often shown by two horses or sphinxes of different colors pulling the Chariot. Though on their own they would run wild and untamed, going in whichever direction they chose to go, here they move only forward. So they still have some power, but this power has now been directed and focused by the man holding the reins. The chariot cannot move without horses to pull it, just as we cannot function without our emotions to drive us. But without the control of the chariot, the horses would run free, just as our emotions can run wild when unchecked and uncontrolled. Balance is needed.

The Chariot embodies the type of discipline that is necessary to gain control over the emotions, and this is why a military symbol has been chosen for this card. The purpose of the harsh conditions of the military is to develop the will and the ability needed to control emotions and put them to productive use on the battlefield. Only through the mastery of yourself can you ever hope to achieve mastery over others and your environment. The wisdom and the glory gained through conquering one's enemies is nothing compared to the self-esteem you build through defeating your fear. Inner enemies are often tougher to defeat than outer ones, and thus teach you much more.

Through the application of emotional force we can learn to achieve our goals and desires much more quickly. For someone like the man on the Chariot, who is in total control of his will and his emotions, almost anything is within his grasp. In the Thoth deck, written across the canopy of the Chariot is the word Abracadabra, which may seem foolish at first glance. What is the stage magician's catchphrase doing here - is there magic involved? No, there is no magic. Abracadabra comes from Hebrew, and it translates roughly to "What I have said will be done" or "As it is said, so it shall be." Nothing embodies the spirit of the Chariot more than this word.

The appearance of the Chariot often shows a need to take control of your emotions and, instead of wasting energy grieving or complaining, use that energy to take action and to make changes in the world. Fear will cripple you unless, like the Chariot demands, you can acknowledge it and face it. Then you can use your fear constructively, for your own purposes. But this type of control is not limited to the negative emotions. In relationships the Chariot often shows how idle infatuation can be transformed into passion and confidence. Through controlling your emotions, the Chariot says, you will eventually learn to control yourself.

And once you have reached that stage, anything is possible! Once you have transcended your fears you start transcending your restrictions until nothing can hold you back from the success you deserve. The Chariot's appearance is often the herald of victory through discipline and confidence, a moment where all opposition lies defeated. Great success and achievements will come to you if you master your passions and believe in the power of your will. Do not let anything distract or sway you from your goals, and proceed with the straight flight of an arrow. Nothing is beyond your ability if you believe in your own power. Abracadabra!

Take Which Tarot Card Represents Your Higher Self?
Since Black Friday is fast approaching and some places have the ads up already like BFads.net
I'd just tell all the gun folks I know that if there is a Gander Mountain near you, you may wanna look at their ad, they have a S&W Sigma Series in 9mm or a 40S&W Semi-Auto Pistol for anywhere from 340 to 400 depending on which you get and how much you spend it may also come with a laser sight. I'm hoping someone gets me the one without the laser sight for Christmas, that or multiple someones pool their money and make me happy this year.

Heres a link to the gun that may or may not work for you.
http://gandermountain.shoplocal.com/gandermountain/default.aspx?action=detail&flashbrowse=y&storeid=2489526&rapid=618818&pagenumber=5&listingid=-2090723378&ref=%2fgandermountain%2fdefault.aspx%3faction%3dbrowsepageflash%26storeid%3d2489526%26pagenumber%3d5%26rapid%3d618818%26prvid%3dGanderMT-081127ATS

So here's an interesting thing, yesterday I was talking to my buddy about who we voted for and such like. He asked who I voted for and I refused to tell him so he assumed that I voted for McCain. He illogically thought that if I had voted for Obama I would have just said so and that since I refused to tell him I had obviously voted McCain.
Now don't get me wrong I'm okayish with Obama, certainly more happy then if it had been McCain.
Why is it that folks all think it's their right to know who I voted for? I told him last night that I would tell him nothing beyond voting Yes on the proposition to keep environmental stuff funded.

In the end I may tell who I did vote for, in like a year maybe. If shit keeps going deep down the crapper though I retain my right to having plausible deniability when people start bitching about Obama and I somehow get lumped in with his supporters.

It's odd that I did have a full intention of going in and voting Obama, then my gut kicked in and I just threw caution to the wind and said to hell with it.

Well so much for quick huh.

I'm figuring on throwing on a few things and going as an undercover BATFE agent or if I can find the fake blood and a few other bits I'm gonna go as a fresh zombie. The agent should be easier to pull off, just need a plastic dollar store police officer set and my regular clothes and I'd be golden. The zombie would be a bit harder because while I have the clothes to pull it off I don't have the fake blood and chewed up limb.

So what do you all think I should do, I'm leaning to the undercover BATFE agent or just a federal agent type guy.

Resignations and Health.

So I had to resign at the Comcast due to have some major vision issues and being unable to get the time off since I hadn't been there long enough. I started having super bad optic migraines at work and at home nothing I was doing was helping and I'm fairly certain spending 8+ hours a day in front of a computer screen with small ass text wasn't helping things. I had a few eye docs take a look and best guesses is that it's going on in the vision center of my brain because there was nothing physically wrong with my eyes themselves. My prescription didn't change so it did help explain why even as early as last year I'd have blurry vision sometimes and if I took a nap or something my eyes would be all good again. I'm on some anti-migraine meds but those only seem to really help the intensified pain that I started getting in the back of my skull on the sides, not anything with my vision. But I've been told to let the medicine work and I will. Next step is probably an MRI or CAT Scan me thinks.

So that's the gist of things here. Here's hoping I won a small fortune over the weekend or really damn soon, cause I could sure use it at this point. Mounting bills are awesome when you really can't work in the profession you trained in, but I'll find something. I always tend to get by, somehow. But if you folks don't see me around as often know that it's because I can't stand to look at a computer monitor.

So I finally got a somewhat full night of sleep on Thurs. Most of the time lately I can go to sleep at about 8 or 9pm but I'll then usually wake up about 3 to 4 hours later, it's been annoying as hell. Stopped at a CVS the other night and asked the Pharmacist about a sleep aid, I explained what had been going on and he was like "The best thing for you would be some Magnesium and Melatonin." The look on my face was probably priceless. So I grabbed both and also a bottle of Mens specific vitamins. Not cheap at all, but totally worth it. I took the Melatonin about an hour before I went to bed and it basically started kicking my ass about 30 minutes later. Needless to say that when I finally woke in the morning, the light was shining for a change instead of pitch black.

Work has been a bitch this past week, we were on phones all week. I'm so happy to be going back to the classroom on Mon. I finally got around to updating my stats in the Fitness Challenge, sorry Jayman about the lateness on it, I haven't even been on the laptop in over a week and a half now.
Gonna start looking at Gyms come payday, need some better equipment and a bigger variety of it as well.

That's it for now folks, anyone think I should be taking anything else or not taking the ones I'm taking let me know in the comments.

Thanks.

So ladies and gents you may be reading the service tech who solves your problems, assuming you have Comcast that is. It's damn good pay and a damn good schedule, though if I'd have been smart I'd have taken Fri-Sat off instead of Sat-Sun. But I was asked to pick a preferred slot and that's what I went with.
So today I set out on a specific goal, to see whether I could do 100 reps of my weight lifting workouts. I decided to skip the 20lbs tote because I knew that was gonna break me, it does that after about 60 reps. So I started out with the curls, I was going okay at the 40rep mark, but started to fade at 50 so I stopped for about a 5 count. I then started another set of them hit the 40rep mark again and just faded I couldn't gut out the last 10. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed but for completeness sake I did the last 10 after a quick breather. That was my right arm, the left went much better, I was able to gut out 50reps in two sets.
Unfortunately it went no better for my overhead lifts I did 100 of them, but not in a timely fashion or all together in even sets.

I do feel accomplished though because even though I may not have done them in the greatest fashion I did do 100 of them all, and that was just the beginning of the workout for today. Totaled I did about 250reps I don't know the sets really, I was just doing them till I got wiped out and tired of lifting.

Now to chug water and eat some noodles.
